Reminder:

In order to apply Microsoft's monthly security updates to the server called HOME, it will need to be restarted. While the server called HOME will be unavailable to staff and students at this time (Sunday, Nov 29th at 4:00 am), it should be back up again in a few minutes. Access to home directories and departmental shares, etc. will be lost at this time. In fact, running your Windows computers may be problematic with M: & N: inaccessible so, as always, we strongly recommend logging off (or shutting down) when you leave for the weekend or, at least, before 4:00 am this Sunday.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Helpdesk. Thank you for your patience and co-operation. --
